Friend of Scone Palace Membership
1. Unlimited Access – Membership gives unlimited access to the Palace and Gardens for a 12 month period (please note conditions 7, 12 and 13 as detailed in the Terms & Conditions) from date of purchase
2. Guest Entry Discount – Members are entitled to 10% discount for Friends and Family to access the Palace and Gardens. A maximum of 2 discounted tickets may be purchased at any one time and the Member must be present
3. Retail Discount – Members are entitled to 10% discount in retail and catering areas which are managed by Scone Palace
4. Accommodation Discount – Members are entitled to 15% Friends and Family discount for one stay per membership year in the Balvaird Wing self-catering apartment, subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights. The Member does not have to sleep in the Balvaird Wing to qualify for the discount. Maximum discount per booking is capped at £100
5. Quarterly Newsletter – Members will receive a quarterly newsletter updating them on our current activities and new offerings
6. Windscreen Sticker – Members will receive a free Friend of Scone windscreen sticker
7. Priority Booking – Members will be entitled to priority booking for some events which are managed directly by the Palace
8. Special Offers - Special membership offers will be available throughout the year. Watch this space for updates
Friend of Scone Palace Membership Scheme
Terms and Conditions
1. Once purchased memberships are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable
2. Membership gives unlimited access to the Palace Gardens for a 12 month period (please note conditions 7 and 13 below) from date of purchase
3. Scone Palace reserves the right to change the membership benefits at any time and without prior notice
4. Scone Palace reserves the right to refuse admission and/or cancel memberships without refund if anyone behaves in a threatening, inappropriate or abusive way to our staff, contractors or other Visitors
5. Membership Cards may be collected from the Ticket Hut on the first visit by presenting a confirmation of the order
6. Windscreen stickers will be issued on your first visit
7. The Palace Gardens will be closed from mid December until the 31st January in each year for essential maintenance and restoration projects. In February and March, the Gardens are open Friday, Saturday and Sunday only. The Palace is closed and reopens each season around 1st April (check web site for exact dates).
8. Membership Cards must be presented at the Ticket Hut on entry and when claiming discounts in retail and catering areas
9. Personal ID may be requested at the Ticket Hut when using a Membership Card
10. A Child Membership Card can only be purchased along with an adult or family card
11. An adult must accompany children aged 15 years or younger
12. Not valid for externally ticketed or third party events
13. Scone Palace reserves the right to amend opening dates and times without prior notice. Early closing or restrictions due to special events, weather etc. will be detailed on our website
14. Replacement Membership Cards are chargeable at £5 per card
15. Memberships may not be purchased with Tesco Clubcard Vouchers
16. If you have consented to supply your details for marketing purposes, we will only inform you of events and promotions taking place at Scone Palace. At no time will Scone Palace share your data with a third party. You can unsubscribe from our database at any time. Our privacy is available on our website
17. The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
