Lens / screen cloth depicting the portrait of Lady Elizabeth Murray with Dido Belle measuring 175x150mm

The famous portrait by Scots artist David Martin was painted at Kenwood House, Hampstead in 1779 and sees St Paul's cathedral in the background.  It features Lady Elizabeth and Dido Belle sitting on a bench, Dido pointing to her cheek, she playfully acknowledges her remarkable position in 18th century society.
