Tickets for 2025 are now available. The Gardens reopen to the public on Saturday 1st February 2025. Gates open at 10am, last entry at 3pm, gates close at 4pm (charges apply). The Food Shop and Coffee Shop will be open from 10am until 3pm.
The Palace reopens at 10am on Tuesday 1st April 2025. From this date, the gates will open at 10am, last entry at 4pm, gates close at 5.30pm. The Food Shop and Coffee Shop will close at 4.30pm.

During November and December we do not charge an admission fee for the Gardens, but we do ask for a suggested minimum payment of £5 which goes towards the maintenance of the Palace and Gardens over the winter months. Tickets can be purchased in advance and donation boxes are located at the Ticket Hut and outside the Food Shop, or you may scan the QR code at each location for online payment and select £5, £10 or £15.
